Earlier this week, I had to objectively answer a question about work and income, and I had to stop and think about it because the answer didn’t roll off my tongue.
The question is: how much do I want to earn, and when do I need to reach such income?

Last week I was invited by Nespresso to visit their distribution and recycling center in Brazil. I had already seen Marina Klink (@1_cafe_e_a_conta) talk about her visit and I must admit I was slightly jealous. So, I obviously accepted the invitation immediately.
I love animals. Always have, since I was a child. And this love only grows. So much I decided to only have four-legged children, instead of human ones.
Nowadays I have 2 dogs and 5 cats. And they are all strictly indoors, even though I live in a house, not an apartment. That means my cats are not allowed to roam outside.
I’ll start this with a disclaimer: I am not a dietician, I’ve never studied nutrition, I do my research for my own information and I am not a source of nutritional information to anyone. You have doubts about nutrition? Seek a professional to help you, dietician or nutrology specialist.
Housekeeping done. With that said, I want to talk about a subject that’s come up now and again for a while, but really took off this past week thanks to an article in the Brazilian magazine Galileu: orthorexia.
Shall we continue the list of appliances and gadgets that can be found in my kitchen? Here we go!
Lush is one of the cosmetic companies I admire the most. They make vegetarian and vegan, cruelty free products. And they’ve just brought back their hair hot oil treatments (crowd goes wild).
I’ve snatched one and tested it. Wanna see how the test went? Watch the video here?
Product: Damaged hot oil treatment
Those who follow me on IG (@gabichaytor) know that I love to cook (and eat). Even after adopting the low carb lifestyle I still have my adventures in the kitchen. So I’ll show you some of the appliances that help me with my concoctions around here. Because having good tools makes it all that much easier!
I came back from the UK a few weeks ago and since then I’ve been considering posting about the things I bought there. I’ve talked about the products I bought online from Coach here. As there is much more to talk about, I’ll split them in more than one post. This one is dedicated to the stuff I got from Amazon UK.
I love cooking. Don’t know how this came to be, but I became more passionate about it once I turned vegetarian. I went from not liking vegetables to vegetarian overnight, so I had to learn what to cook quickly.
The past few months have been filled with changes. Personally, I moved to a new house, improved my health, lost weight, changed my hair. Professionally, I was laid off the company where I worked for 12 years.
My personal life is going well – except maybe for the extra kgs I’ve gained while on holiday, but I’m working on fixing that. But I’m still in career transitioning mode and searching for a new professional opportunity.
